Did a few errands and visited the allotment (we momentarily have a 'hungry gap' between broad beans and courgettes+french beans). Then I returned the hire car; on my walk back I saw that the gull nursery on Keyline's warehouse roof was very lively. This young chap was periodically trying wing-flapping and will no doubt take off accidentally before long, leading to a stranding on a nearby pavement and his parents relentlessly attacking innocent passers-by.

After 1000+ in the driving seat over the last four days, I find I'm still walking a bit tenatively.
