Soooooooooo........
Turned into a wozgonna day today.....

Wozgonna get winscreen chip fixed early.  
Wozgonna get non-working lights fixed early.
Wozgonna head then away in van.
Wozgonna take car to paint and panel people and leave it there whilst I was away.

Instead, I went to glass place for windscreen - not early! - and was told Mr Fixit was out and about.  Best to come back later.  So I headed home, pottered a little (taking some bird shots in the garden.  The greenfinshes are getting very brave and letting me get quite close now) then thought I should go do the lights thing instead.  Down the road (in the other direction) - all good to check but their Mr Fixits were all on break.  Come back later.  Home via farm for milk, hopped in car and drove to the crew who are going to repair the damage that was done when the rear windscreen was temporarily replaced by plastic sheeting held on by very sticky tape!  All good - drove home then hopped in van and took it back to light repair people.  Job done in 10 minutes (2 new bulbs.  Funny how these things happen together!).  Back home briefly then back to windscreen place.  Mr Fixit now on another job.  Leave the van - get ride home with one of windscreen repair people. Potter.  Start to stack some firewood.  Barely shifted a few handfulls when van arrives home with pristine new windshield.  Quickly jump in it and race back to warrant place to get it signed off as now compliant, just befor ehtey closed for the day :)  Whew!  

And to top it all - I wozgonna pack the van tonight but........well.........it was wine o'clock!
