Overtired

The lad is still recovering from the lack of sleep at scout camp and has slept soundly until lunchtime. H has had a hot, tiring sports day at school but is happy with a win in the girl's shotput competition. She's come home, lay down on the sofa and slept for a couple of hours. I think I'll have to send them both to bed for an early night.
