Paola and the kneelers

I met with Paola my blip friend and we went to Greatham church where in the late 1980's Paola embroidered these beautiful kneelers.   They are quite stunning and my photo does not show the colours to their best.
Afterwards we crossed the road to where the old 12th C church lies, the outside is partly in ruins.   See extra.   Such an enjoyable morning which passed far too quickly!
