Portland Bill

Taking a midweek break round the coast from Devon into Dorset. Mr PP has often flown over Portland Bill, but none of us had visited the area before. Here for a couple of nights with our daughter, too.

Delighted with all the wildflowers and butterflies. Found two six-spot burnet moths loving each other very much, as well as small blue butterflies - wings open and wings folded, gatekeepers and red admirals. Also saw a larger blue butterfly - very briefly - but didn't catch a picture. (It's very windy.) Lots of bees, too!
