Coming on

Living room almost complete. Feeling decidedly colour coordinated and altogether rather chi chi. It took six months to erect curtains, and the pole still needs varnishing, but overall pleasing progress. I like my toucan cushion.

Pub dinner with Sandra, Andy and Ronnie from upstairs. They're fun helpful neighbours, providing practical advice on extractor fans as well as interesting japes about travels and former glamorous lifestyles working in advertising agencies in London.
