Rancho Palos Verdes

I am at a business conference at the Terranea Resort. In the distance is the Point Fermin Lighthouse, named after a Franciscan friar and one of three lighthouses still standing in Los Angeles.  It has been a location for filming and wedding ceremonies. Joe DiMaggio and Marylin Monroe were among the many celebrities that were married there.
