Tales of the River bank

This was taken from the Rodney Road side of the River Usk which is the East side of Newport.
The two sides of the River is completely different from less than ten years ago.
To the front is the footbridge, on the right are all the apartments and housing, to the left are the new buildings, part of the City Centre University Campus the the new Friars walk, then the River Front Theatre, and the sculpture of the Wave depicting the maritime history of Newport.
