Monsoon has arrived and along with the wet weather, hordes of mosquitoes have too. There's a Dengue fever and Chikungunya epidemic in Delhi. This auto tuktuk was making its way through the neighbourhood streets making a public service announcement with the aid of a megaphone on methods of prevention.
