Legend of "the sacred triangle"

Here at the yoga teacher training we obviously are being taught dos and don'ts with the human body. Our teacher said something do funny I had to explain... The "sacred triangle" is the groin region we should be aware of when adjusting students during a class both ours and there's for obvious reasons! Those of you who know the kind of sense of humor I have well, you know how it could get. So it has now evolved to some of the trainees nicknaming me "little sacred triangle" and this was a note a lady Kat left for me when I missed a session for not feeling well. Tee hee!
