A Tower of Books

As you may or may not have noticed with my Blip account before, I love books! And last week via a Twitter competition I won a pile of 8 'proof' or 'ARC' (advanced reader copies) - today they arrived!!

Loving the variety of books, even if some of them are scarily large - one of them is 700 pages long! - so at least I'll be kept amused for a while with those on the shelves to read... that's if I can find room for them on the already overcrowded shelves!

Big thunderstorm here overnight so the rain was welcomed, but it hasn't cleared the air so today has felt very sticky and humid.  Could explain why I have a pounding headache that won't shift either!
