Standing on the Shoulders of Giants.

Last day of term for me today! One of my pupils brought me this model in as a gift. It was his own from his shelf in his bedroom but he wanted me to have it. I was blown away by this act of kindness. To receive something personal from a child that belongs to them, probably holding sentimental value, shows the critical difference teachers can make to those in their care, not just educationally but to their life journey as well. I feel humbled and proud.
