One for Dawn.

Two reasons.
1. I seem to remember Dawn asking about the "BBC Club".
It was demolished some time ago; but, unusual for Penrith, nobody has yet built 50 or so "houses" on the empty space.
2. I have been a wee bit remiss of late, and so far as I can make out this is, possibly the only one I took that day.
