Stage 3

Mum being brave! Mum has received diagnosis...
Stage 3 Non Hodgkin's lymphoma called AILD...its treatable but not necessarily cure'able.
She needs another scan and a few more tests and possibly a bone marrow test to see if it's anywhere else....next stop transfer to new ward and the start of some treatment to protect heart and liver...chemo treatment is being discussed and consultant will make a decision next week on chemo treatment as he needs to consider other medical advisors opinions. Xx
