Milestone

At the John Muir Trust staff Gathering we shared our news across departments, caught up professionally and personally with colleagues and friends, and heard about the Coigach Assynt Living Landscape Project - a habitat restoration project on a massive scale.

Based at the comfortable Inchnadamph Lodge we even managed a to stretch legs on Quinag, a jumble of peaks that rise from the peat bog, rocks and lochans below.

The image is of the summit cairn at Spidean Coinich looking north. A fitting symbol to celebrate my personal milestone of 10 years with the Trust. Thank you to all my colleagues, the bottle of whisky will be enjoyed.
