Gooseberry

Allotment fruits and shop meringues. I feel the gooseberry is a little incongruous, but it was a specific request, so on it went. 

Some of what I thought were red gooseberries are red gooseberries.  Others are very dark, though not as spiky as the Worcesterberries.  they're all delicious, and the nursery is flourishing. 

We're making a card for the nursery room, because tomorrow is the last day in the current room.  As usual, the painting started nice, but has turned quickly to sludge.
