Distraction

It has rained all day, which was bad news as today was assessment day for the young coaches.  We have been out in the forest at Alvie going through scenarios with each coach in turn, the rest of the group acting in role of everything from Russian Business Executives on a team building session to 15 year olds in an after school orienteering club.
We were back at Lagganlia mid afternoon and, after showers, it was time for the coaches to complete their course portfolios and to receive feedback.  My blip is of a ‘Distraction Exercise’ to make the point about how easy it is to be drawn off course by external influences, tutor Iain is an expert in this but, this time, Coach Rona was holding her own.
