Old fashioned dodge and burn

I took this photo in the garage of a house I went to see this morning. I could't get a clear shot without the very busy background interfering. So I tried to Photoshop the thing to lessen the background interference and also to do it in keeping with the old fashioned bicyclette. I hope it looks like a bygone attempt at dodge and burn, such as you used to see in some old adverts.  J-Luc came by this afternoon to collect some logs and we spent an hour dragging the things up the hill and into his ancient Renault Espace.  I think the exercise was good because I had a bit of an endorphin feeling afterwards!
