Lucifer
We should have been working at Whitemoor again today, but it rained for much of the morning and by the time the sun finally appeared it was too late to go. So, at last, I've finally caught up with my blips, and also managed to produce a Powerpoint presentation for Pete to use at a training day on Saturday, just in case it rains and they can't be outside all of the time.
The garden has definitely moved to its late summer mode - not the best time of year for us but still with some stars, one of which is Crocosmia 'Lucifer' which positively glows in the low evening sun. The only downside are the leaves, which tend to flop over and smother nearby plants. Somehow we never quite get around to giving them the support they need...
