The magic word

which is of course WALK.  And we all did walk right up to the post office  and right back again, and I did stand on the counter at the post office and talk to Aunty Jill. 

Well, what a week we have had - I didn't get to go for a walk for TWO WHOLE DAYS, because it did rain so much, and it did lighten and thunder and hail.  But I wasn't frightened.  Not much anyway.

And two days ago, we did get two visitors, and yesterday we did get two visitors, and apart from yipping at them when they first came in, I didn't yip at all, which earned me the biggest treat in the whole wide world.
