It's all about them

I spent today working with a group of young people on a respite holiday. Holiday being the word! So a super flexible, relaxed day doing whatever they wanted so a very different paced day. A little bit of high ropes, some archery, low ropes and some bushcraft. The group were super keen on cooking on the fire so damper bread and banana boats were called for.  Working with a group of teenage girls, all competent but lacking confidence, Ive felt the weight of being a positive role model this week but it's been a delight to show them love and care and see how much joy they've had this week.
