Hanging Baskets

I was heading out to lunch this morning when the heavens opened. It is only a short walk from Queen's Cross to the Number 1 restaurant on Rubislaw Terrace, but it was enough to get very wet. Luckily I was dressed in the expectation of rain, so I was prepared.

After lunch the rain had paused, certainly not stopped as it started again later on. I paused also in front of Queen's Cross church for a shot of the hanging baskets.

The rain soon started again, and continued on into the evening and night.
