Stuck on the IoW!

Looked at the weather forecast this morning and the sea state and decided that sailing back to the mainland was not a good idea.

Took the bus to Ryde and went for a look at their amazing pier which has a train line on it (using an old London underground train) a car park at the end and the terminal for the catamaran.

This is the view down the wooden road.

It's still quite windy. If all else fails we'll get the Hovercraft home.
