The pigeons are fooled (so far)

This 'raptor' flying overhead is intended to deter the pigeons.
It looks and moves very realistically - it is a Kite of course!
They take it in at 5pm  and put it out again about 10am - if they leave it out 24/7 the pigeons are more likely to get used to it.
Working so far.
