The Oregon Club

Turns out there is a restaurant near us that we have never been to in 20 years. Probably because of children. Anyway tonight we had Will drive us there and we enjoyed a fabulous summer evening​ on the patio. The food and company were excellent. When it was time to go we just called 'W'uber. We really need to make the most of this because in six weeks Will will be off to college.

The Oregon Club was a speakeasy in the 1920s when the US was under prohibition. There is no sign of prohibition these days and by the absence of any taxis or public transport most people drive home regardless.....
