He was round for dinner. He had brought the video camera, so I have now seen their new dog, Phoebe. She is a bundle of fluffy whiteness

The thing that made me smile:
Someone gave me some chocolates to thank me for resolving a problem at work. Nice to be thanked

Exercise: Walked from Waterloo to work . I really can't be bothered to do anything else at the moment

PS I'm nearly ready to load the Blue trail of Olympic Mascots but as it was very accessible to work I have lots of duplicates to remove
