Gym this morning, gardening work this afternoon. Cutting Doreen's grass then off to the allotment to tame the grass there and bringing back a large trug full of produce. Now I have the task of doing something with it, especially the beans. Not being keen on blanching 100s of the blighters I looked on the internet to see if there were any alternatives, finding freezing them unblanched was a feasible alternative used by many people with great success. So I will try it.
