Water Droplet on Rose

It started as a gray day.. Frequent hard rains. My blip-eye was on the lookout for a subject with contrast that I could try my BW skills. Dropped off the car for an oil change just as the sun peeked from the clouds, Illuminating a beautiful rosebush. I loved the dance of light on the water droplets.

As I hunted for water droplets in the fleeting sunlight, it struck me that the grayness of the rainy day is what gives life and vibrancy to the flower.

So here's celebrating the rain! For without it, life would be gray. (Here's the Rose without the added effects.)
