Rainy walk along river with Poppy this morning.
Got into "trouble" at work for taking a break - all the staff are starting to realise the manager isn't quite as nice as we thought.
Rowan and round for a chat which ended in hysterical giggles. It's been a long time since I laughed till I cried.
