On the edge

M packing away after a flight from thunder and lightning (very very frightening etc.) on Tibenham airfield. Unfortunately I was unable to capture any of the strikes as the storm approached.

An excellent first day of the Suffolk club competition whilst the rest of the UK, or at least further inland, had a soaking. Lots of cross country flights with airspace stopping one for another pilot.

Myself, I scraped away to the Norfolk border but was defeated by the waveney valley.

A really fun day.
