Classic shot of the famous 'Jet' in Geneva.
If the wind blows strongly enough in some directions they turn it off to avoid sprinkling [drowning] pedestrians on the banks of the lake. To-day, coming from the East, the wind is feathered out quite attractively, but without hitting the shore.
