Cricket and jam

Really enjoyed listening to the women's cricket world cup final today. What a finish!

I made three small jars of sugar free plum jam today. Shame I won't be able to partake owing to my current eating plan even if it is sugar free! Still, I shall enjoy giving them away.

Ruby and I met new local friend L with her 9 month Airedale, Barney for a lovely early walk at Rushmere Park, which I only discovered last Sunday. I'm so lucky to have met some great new friends through the online Airedale community. Say what you like about the virtual world but when it affects the real world it really can be beneficial.
