Mirrorless Cameras

The last day of the Olympus sponsored "Perspective" exhibition and since it was pissing down, seemed like a good place to get a Blip. I borrowed one of their "pro" Pen micro 4/3 cameras. For the same price as a serious full frame camera (£2400) the E-M1ii was not just a bit poor ....it was diabolical. To be fair I was indoors on auto ISO and the only thing to compare with was my A9. No contest. But I haven't seen JPEGs that bad for over a decade. I might be missing the point but I don't know what that might have been - 60fps perhaps?

This was with the A9, I couldn't use anything from the Olympus.
