Posing Nicely?

We enjoyed watching birds in our backyard today. The hummingbirds were practicing their selfishness......White crown sparrows were friendly and talkative......Juncos cleaned up what the finches and chickadees spilled from the feeder. It was pleasantly warm but the winds were wildly inconsistently gusting through. We enjoyed our protect area away from the beach front today.  I thought this photo of the Male House Finch was beautiful; he was so pretty as he perched on the top of a dead tree. He and his mate were very vocal as they chirped together. 

I wonder if we will have a sunset tonight.....but I won't wait to see before I enter my Blip for today.
