Another butterfly

Monday 24th July 2017 (1794)

Today went somewhat differently to what I expected. I started by taking Mum to the coach. Unfortunately the last mile took us an hour and we missed the coach! She did manage to get the next one. 

I stopped to buy supplies on the way home and then didn't make it back before my next guest, my friend Liz, arrived. We had some lunch and planned to go on a photography expedition. We got waylaid in a shop though and spent rather longer there than expected, causing mayhem! We had to come straight home to cook the dinner so that I could get out for a service, so we had to settle for photographing the butterflies in the garden! We've had a good laugh and chat though.
