Read a story the other day about some teens in the US who were in a spot of bother because they had filmed a man drowning in a river and hadn't lifted a finger to help him. Transpires that they had done nothing wrong because they were not obliged by law to help him. Week that may well be the case but what sort of a society do we live in where this is behavior that we are willing to tolerate? My flabber is well and truly ghasted.
