After The Rain

I had to make do with a colourful fly as there were no butterflies out to play in the garden today :-/

All my major joints are really creaky today, especially my right knee.......it keeps being very painful to walk with........if I sit down and rest it the pain eases but then my back gets creaky because that's helped by walking about........I just can't win, so I haven't been far and it's been hard to know what to do for the best :-/..........hoping for a better day tomorrow :-)
