The wall

An ocean retaining wall was built along long stretches of Maine's coastline, most of which, from what I understand, after hurricane Sandy devastated these parts.

Little clumps of sunbathers dot the top of the walls, taking in the sights, sounds and smells without the perky annoyance of sand in their toes ;) It's an odd sight that I found strangely interesting visually speaking. I know, I'm sure I should've concentrated on the beautiful oceanscapes but hey, that's me :)
