Sign of the Takahe

A lovely sunny afternoon was most welcome after all of the rain that we have experienced. We went for a short walk after work. This historic building is almost ready to reopen after more than 6 years and extensive earthquake repairs. It is only 200 metres or so from our house and, before the earthquakes we often went to the coffee shop or the restaurant. It would be great to do this once again.
