This shows Queen of the South FC players celebrating with their fans after defeating Rangers on penalties in a cup tie at Ibrox. This would have been pretty much unthinkable even last year. What it shows is the fact that sport is really about individuals competing against individuals on equal terms. It's not about the size of the host club, or money, or influence or size of support, although all of these things affect outcomes. Personally, I think that what has happened to Rangers could actually give the game in Scotland a shot in the arm as more and more, teams begin to realise that they could win things rather than act as cannon fodder for the Big Two
