LJ's Ikea initiation

Today was lovely. We were child free for the first part (due to the boys having a sleepover at Nan & G's), so we headed out to do some child-free jobs, like buying 2 ikea bookcases which needed the kids car seats removed in order to fit into the car.

But we did manage a very relaxing beer/wine tasting at a cute little bar down New Regents st.

But then it was home, with the boys and onto the most important party of the day - LJ's ikea initiation.

We had CJ building ikea units (mostly by himself) at a similar age, so we are so glad that we can give LJ the same opportunity. And he completed it perfectly - putting the screws into each shelf and using the drill to tighten them!

The boys certainly love DIY time with their Dad!
