Health and Safety??

If you walk along Newport Quay adjacent to the bus museum you will find this old container which has been converted into a 'workshop'. It's owner is working on the restoration of a boat nearby which is in pretty much the same condition.

I can only assume he is not subject to the Health and Safety laws or has not had a visit from H&S officers even though the council offices are practically next door. God knows how he can work in there or even find anything. View large to reveal the true horror!
