Tall Zinnia

My zinnias - grown from seed - have suddenly become extremely tall just as they are bursting into flower. 
Perhaps I should have pinched them out earlier!?
Bookclub this afternoon - everyone had really enjoyed our choice this month, and the discussion lasted almost an hour! We were then treated to a delicious afternoon tea, with a choice of three homemade cakes! 
A walk home in very warm sunshine - a delightful afternoon!
