At Rest

A day in the local office for me (Chris) but broken up by a trip for a routine diabetes check at the hospital this morning (all good). Then this afternoon I had a quick trip to the opticians to collect my replacement distance glasses and for the first time, reading glasses. Whilst I've worn glasses for distance (driving, cinema) for over 20 years, reading glasses are a whole new thing. They certainly make a difference reading on screen text (and my phone) but are going to take some getting used to.

Late afternoon seemed a quieter time for the butterflies in the garden so a bit more time to line up a shot.
