Back to the gym
We are all horribly jet lagged today so some serious exercise was needed to make us feel better!
We hit the gym today to work on strength. I hadn't lost as much as I thought but only managed four pull ups. I took my husband through a weights session as he is really working on his fitness at the moment and he really enjoyed it. The kids were great and managed to entertain themselves with a circuit/ obstacle course they devised!
