Fontana Pretoria

In Palermo, Sicily this afternoon, I found the most perfect blipping City. I chose this shot as it was my favourite place. The fountain used to be known as the "fountain of shame" because of all the nude figures. Shame!

On the shortlist were:

1. Sunlight along the Corso Vittorio Emanuele;
2. La Cala;
3. My own place, the Palazzo Abatellis;
4. Graffiti, with a British political message;
5. Impressive laundry;
6. The official who checked our passports.

But the one I very nearly blipped reminded me of a scene from the Godfather. Just look at the expression on the face of the chap in the middle.
