Will I take my shorts?

I'm off to Switzerland at the end of next week. I thought I would see what the weather was like at the moment .... I got quite a shock when I saw the conditions in Grindlewald ... snow in July!

My pal and I spent a holiday in Grindlewald in July 2005 and for the duration of our holiday the temperature was a constant 30C and we didn't see a cloud for the whole week. So glad we went up the Jungfrau during that holiday.

Fortunately we are not only staying in Grindlewald .... hope conditions are better in our other locations.

The second extra photo is 12 years old and has been my desk top wallpaper since 2005. That was the weather every day.
