Bridge Run

Working in Aberdeen today after dropping L off at Little Villagers.

I'm working on a large fish factory in Peterhead which looks really interesting...really!

Back down the road after some more meetings and stopped off at the Forth Road Bridge and did a wee 6km run over the bridge and back before going straight to the gym for a quick weights session then Body Balance.
