The heating's on and we've all got colds

Well, not Will obvs but he did manage to throw up today for about the third time in his life. I have failed to capture the windy bleakness here, I'm sure you can imagine it.

I am delighted to see everyone is so keen with the legs up the wall thing. Top tip for you, you need to sit parallel to the wall to start off with one of your bum cheeks kind of on the wall, then when you swing yourself round you are in the right position and don't have to try and wriggle forward, this is the point where your pants go up your bum. Google it, its a thing.

Work felt increasingly rubbish as the day went in, after a while I realised this was a cold thing rather than a work thing. Will went to an Italian cookery day and come home with pizza, garlic dough balls, pasta and lemon drizzle cakes. Then we watched Jumanji. Quite boring was the verdict, I quite agreed. Perhaps we should have gone for Daisy's suggestion of working through the entire Shrek back catalogue.
