Friendly Frog

On our recent trip to Wales we visited the Centre for Alternative Technology and I purchased an excellent book by David Wakefield entitled 'Animated Animal Toys in Wood' in their shop.  During the past week I have had a go at making this Friendly Frog.  When pulled the offset axle at the back causes him to 'jump' in time with his leg movement.  It was great fun to make but quite time consuming.  I'm going to have a go at the Cross Crocodile next.
